Wolfy’s is flexible catering built around good ingredients, generous portions and food people actually want to eat.

I can cook for an intimate dinner around one table, put together a full wedding feast, feed a hungry production crew, or build a spread for a party of a hundred. Food can be cooked over fire, prepared in the kitchen, delivered ready to serve, or cooked on site as part of the occasion.

Menus are shaped around the season, the setting and the people I’m feeding. That might mean whole cuts of meat slowly cooked over wood, mountains of charcoal-roasted vegetables, big salads and warm flatbreads; or something altogether simpler.

Vegetarian and vegan food is treated as food in its own right, not an alternative on the side, and dietary requirements can be built into the menu from the beginning.
